We Are Changing The WSREI Structure!

In response to several surveys and some brain-storming with our Board of Directors, we have decided to change the structure of the Western Slope Real Estate Investors group meetings.

You told us you want more networking opportunities! Our best attended meetings have been those where networking was the primary goal of the meeting.

Starting in January 2010 there will be eight “Networking” meetings where all real estate investors will be invited to come and mingle with other investors.

In addition, there will be three “Current Topics in Real Estate Investing” meetings where current topics will be discussed with either a speaker or a panel of speakers.

Membership Dues Are Changing, Too!

As a result of the current economic times, and in order to cultivate our membership and provide the best resources for our members, there will be no membership dues going forward.

Instead, each meeting will have a $5.00 per person fee at the door.

A New Opportunity to Showcase Your Business or Project

We are offering businesses or investors the opportunity to sponsor a table at one of our meetings.  This will give you an opportunity to showcase your project or your business, provide refreshments for the meeting and get exposure with members in a more direct way.  If you are interested in sponsoring a table at a meeting, please contact us at wsrei@wsrei.com or 970-261-5450. 

We hope the new structure encourages more investors to take part in the meetings and provide our investor members an opportunity to meet, work with each other, make deals and become friends with new people!
